How long is an EPC valid?
Usually 10 years, unless a newer certificate replaces it. Check the expiry date on the official register.
Will the estimated costs match my bills?
Not necessarily. EPC estimates use standard occupancy. Your heating habits, household and energy tariff affect what you actually pay.
What if my insulation is hidden?
Have any supporting installation documents ready for your assessor to review.
Does a recommendation mean I should install it?

How do I arrange or change my appointment?
Send an appointment request with your preferred date and time. R8 Energy will contact you to agree availability and arrangements. Your appointment is confirmed only after agreement. For changes to an existing appointment, contact us and quote your booking reference.
